Having spent most of my life in the painting industry, we believe that we have built a company that Painters would want to work with!!!
We are looking for painters with experience and are open to finding the right painters. However, our most urgent goal is to add a leader to the team who would like to be the crew leader for any of our exterior work. They would still have plenty of interior opportunities (and interior work in the winter, of course). But, we are looking for a leader to run exterior projects as part of this hiring initiative. Leaders get extra perks like bonuses, more PTO opportunities, etc.
