Simple Stretches to Counteract Tech Neck: Catherine, Owner & Teacher at Yoga Zen will share, and allow you to experience, a simple set of stretches that can be done in under 15 minutes to help counteract all the ways our neck, shoulders, and upper back compensate when we use our computers and phones regularly. No experience or special clothing is required, come as you are!

We encourage you to bring guests to learn more about the chamber. Breakfast is free for members, guests and non-members are welcome for a small fee.
