Meeting quarterly for women to enhance their business and personal relationships with opportunities to LAUGH - lighten our load, LEARN information to solve business problems, and LAVISH ourselves with encouragement in celebrating our successes and each other.

Topic: Changing Seasons in Life: How to make the REST of your life, the BEST of your life
As a television meteorologist, Terri DeBoer delivered West Michigan?s ?wake-up? weather for over three decades. She has also served as co-host of a daily lifestyle show called eightWest.
In 2021, Terri channeled her empty nest journey into writing her first book. Terri?s literary debut came with the release of ?Brighter Skies Ahead: Forecasting A Full Life When You Empty The Nest.? Terri is following up the release of the book and companion journal by writing a 366-Day Devotional for empty nesters (to be released in Spring, 2024) marrying the hope found in scripture with the challenges and joys that come through making the transition into life?s quieter season on the home front.
Terri partnered with Faith Hospice to serve as the primary author of ?Grieving Well: A Healing Journey Through The Season of Grief? released in February 2023.
In October 2023, Terri is releasing Encore Season; Making The Rest Of Your Life The Best Of Your Life.
Professionally, Terri is celebrating her own encore; retiring from her three-decade career in broadcast television to start her own publishing company and to launch a new career in communications.
Personally, Terri is a married mother of three married adult children. She has also just welcomed her second grandchild.
