Chair Yoga for "Tech Neck" + Lunch To Go 3/6/2026

This FREE class is for Caledonia Chamber members ONLY. Join Catherine Schmidt, Yoga Zen Owner & Lead Teacher for a 45 minute chair yoga class + a complementary boxed lunch to go. Class is accessible to all levels - no yoga experience required! Our focus will be on the neck and shoulders to help relieve pain and help us notice habits associated with "tech neck" or a "head forward" position. Spots are limited - only 18 available. Registration is required. Caledonia Chamber members only.
