The plot follows the citizens of Grover's Corners\, New Hampshire as they experience daily life\, love and marriage\, and death. The people are ordinary\, their small town seemingly unimportant\, yet Wilder seizes the opportunity to showcase the beauty of the life experiences we all share. As a legendary classic Our Town has truly stood the test of time and is now among the most performed plays in American history. Even having been written in 1938 its message is every bit as relevant and touching today.
