Recent statistics show that 84% of working America is stressed leading to multiple issues such as retention\, turf wars\, silos and multiple health issues\, all leading to inferior performance and a lower standard of life.\n\n\n\nYou will be inspired and motivated with this insightful topic! You will learn how to develop resilience through an understanding of Neuroscience and Physiology accompanied by stories\, analogies\, statistics and examples from 20+ years of leadership and team building.\n\n\n\nWe will walk you through the "Cycle of Change" and help you to identify where you are today and how to get past the "danger zone" personally and corporately.
