DESCRIPTION:"Living Out Your Purpose" - Cheri Honderd\, Hand2Hand Founder\n\n\n\n\n\nCheri Honderd is the Founder and Executive Director of Hand2Hand\, a ministry whose mission is to end student weekend hunger in West Michigan for kids ages 3-18.  \n\n\n\nCheri began Hand2Hand in 2008 serving 19 students in Jenison. Today Hand2Hand feeds and prays for over 8\,000 students in 242 schools in West Michigan.  Hand2Hand has grown from three volunteers in 2008 to 14 employees today and approximately 6\,000 volunteers.   Cheri is the former Pastor of Missions at Fair Haven Church in Hudsonville and also has a background in Social Work.
